Providence 

Is situated just Southwest of Orlando in the city of Davenport in Polk County. It is 16 miles from Disney World and within easy access of the parks and the airport. Seaworld is 20 miles, Universal Studios 24 miles and Orlando International Airport is 32 miles.

Posner Park retail shopping and entertainment is only 10 minutes away.

The Atlantic beaches are about 60 minutes drive and you can be in Tampa, St Petersburg and the Gulf of Mexico in 90 minutes.

The Community

 Providence is a 24 hour manned, gated community so provides a secure environment, a must for luxury homes.

The community is mainly made up of residential or second home properties so very few short term rental homes are available, all adding to the exclusivity of this fantastic location.

Providence has been carefully planned as a warm, inviting place with friendly neighbourhoods fostering a sense of togetherness. The beauty of nature has been preserved also - more than half of Providence will be conservation and green areas.

In addition to the championship golf course, there is an elaborate golf clubhouse with pro shop, lounge and restaurant and featuring weekly themed evenings such as bingo and trivia quizzes.

Providence offers two swimming pools; a resort style pool with slides and plenty of lounge chairs for socialising and an olympic size lap pool for exercising. 

If it's exercise you want, in addition to the lap pool there is an excellent fitness centre featuring state of the art fitness equipment and some of the best lighted tennis/pickleball courts in Orlando. There is also a children's playground.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a charge for short term rental guests to use the gym and pool (the tennis courts and children's playground are free of charge). This is payable at the clubhouse.

Golf

            

The Michael Dasher designed 7,046 yards (from the Championship Tees), Par 72 Championship Golf Course is maintained to the highest standards.

As well as testing your game it will soothe your senses as the course winds its way through land featuring fresh water creeks, ancient hardwoods and wetlands. It is not unusual to catch a glimpse of otters, deer or a wild turkey during your round.

The clubhouse is complete with Restaurant, Full-Service Bar and Banquet Area. There is a Pro-Shop, Driving Range and Putting Green
