A cleaning fee and an Accidental Damage Waiver policy fee providing up to $650 worth of cover for any accidental damage caused during your stay will be added to your total. 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION PLEASE NOTE: The Homeowners Association for the Providence community have made us aware of some policies that will be enforced. The first being, no vehicles can be left on the roads between the hours of 1 am and 6 am. They also cannot be parked on the sidewalk (pavement), grass or any empty lots. Our home has a double drive so can accommodate 2 vehicles, if you will have more than 2 cars then overnight parking can be done at the golf club. This is around 1.1 miles from the home and you will need to visit the golf club shop to purchase a reserved overnight parking voucher, which will cost $10 per evening, per vehicle. Secondly, The Providence community has a Clubhouse Pool and Fitness Centre. The maximum number of guests per home that can visit the communal swimming pools is 6, so if you are a large party please bear this in mind. The use of the Clubhouse Pool and Fitness Centre will require a fee per person fee, per day of use, payable by the guest at the Clubhouse upon entry. Access to the Tennis Courts and Children's Playground are available to use without a fee.
